Painted 1999. Railway Stations have held a fascination for the artist since his Grandfather took him and his twin brother to the Isle of White nearly 40years ago. The bustle of the travellers combine with the solidity of the station structure in this work. The old Victorian building is seen in the background with the new Eurostar building on the right. |
