Preparatory Drawings 1996.
Painted 1999. This pub in Notting Hill was the regular haunt for the artist for over 15 years. The three bars have not been modernised for many years. Each of the bar areas has its own character, the wood panelling has yellowed with age and cigarette smoke. |
