Major Arcana

12 - The Hanged Man
Implies the subject is in need of a sense of direction, they are surrendering
to experience and giving up control. The subject is probably vulnerable and open
to external influence. They are indecisive and could be doing a u-turn, upending
order and changing their personal priorities. The subject probably just lives
for the moment and feels that time has no control over them, waiting around for
opportunity. It may also mean that the subject is putting self-interest aside,
being a martyr by giving themselves up for a higher cause, taking one step back
in a situation in order to make gains later on.
